Insurance Coverage Made Easy
We are proud to be in-network with several insurance companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield (Independence, Keystone Health Plan East), Highmark, and most out-of-state Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans. Additionally, some clinicians accept Medicare. If you would like to utilize your health insurance to cover therapy costs, contact us, and we'll provide you with more information about your specific benefits. Prior to your first session, your therapist will be available to discuss your insurance coverage in more detail, ensuring transparency and addressing any questions you may have. We will review any deductibles or co-payment requirements so you understand what to expect.
Out-of-Pocket Rates and Reimbursement
Many insurance companies offer out-of-network mental health benefits, typically covering a significant portion (or all) of the session cost. We offer competitive rates for those who prefer to pay out of pocket or whose insurance plans are not contracted with us. We are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of keeping your therapy appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please remember to provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client in need. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the entire session fee if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring this policy.
Convenient Payment Options
To make the payment process as convenient as possible, we accept payment online at the time of your session. If you have an employer health savings account (HSA), you can use it to cover the cost of insurance co-payments or deductibles. We are available to provide additional information on utilizing your HSA benefits and answer any questions you may have.
